As cool as it is to show you apps that plan your nutrition and have workouts on demand… no one really uses them for long. Especially people like us who are older and just want to get the workout done. If you are over 40 you aren’t looking at your phone for workouts. Worse yet are those stick figure cartoon exercise illustrations.
We are older athletes and have unique problems and we are the generation that can actually talk and communicate with each other without texting.
