I specialize in getting people over 40 strong and pain free. We train in the comfort of your own home via Zoom or Google meet in 30 Minute or 60 Minute Sessions.

On a final note, Mike seems to really care about his clients beyond the hour or so that he spends with you. He gave us advice on types of shoes to purchase, workout equipment, devices that help with pain management, etc. Just a great guy and even better personal trainer.

I have been doing this a long time so I have a big sample size of clients to draw from.
These are biggest mistakes I see when people start training after 40.
- Bad Form
- Not Knowing what exercises to do.
- Avoiding exercises you should be doing.
- Not knowing how much weight to use.
- Not knowing where to feel the exercise.
- How to combine cardio and weight training.
- Letting small niggles turn into major injuries.
- Not fixing form or adjusting exercises on the fly.
