Michael is amazing! I wanted to enhance my strength training and found M Factor Fitness by googling. I sent Michael an email and he responded the same day. He evaluated my current fitness level, suggested the right equipment for my home gym, and created a personalized strength training program. Michael is very easy to work with and very accommodating even scheduled workouts in a nearby park to mix things up and keep the workouts exciting! Seeing results!

Working with Mike has been incredible. My wife and I don’t enjoy going to the gym as much as some others do so we were looking for a personal trainer and if we could find one to come to us, even better. We admittedly stumbled across Mike online and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. Mike is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but he’s also friendly, outgoing and enjoyable to talk to during the sessions. Even better, he’s reasonably priced, flexible with his training methods, and just a pleasure to be around.

I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a personal trainer and even more so, if you want a trainer to come to you at a reasonable price. On a final note, Mike seems to really care about his clients beyond the hour or so that he spends with you. He gave us advice on types of shoes to purchase, workout equipment, devices that help with pain management, etc. Just a great guy and even better personal trainer.

If you are looking for the perfect trainer- you found him! Michael has revamped my entire approach to health and fitness. Previously, I did mainly cardio-based exercises. Since working with Michael, he has introduced me to a philosophy and process of stretching, exercise bands, weights, and novel fitness routines that have made such a difference in how I feel. I now have more flexibility, less pain points (as we get on these nagging issues immediately) and have better posture and strength. Simply put, I feel and look better from working out with Michael a couple of days per week. In addition, he also provides me with activities to perform on the days I don’t work out with him- homework if you will.

Michael has a fantastic personality and a collaborative approach to exercise, health, and life in general. You will be pleased with the results and have fun throughout the process.

Michael is THE best! I have been working with him for several years and he is amazing at helping you achieve your goals–whether it be hiking up a mountain or just being able to haul a 100′ hose up a hill without collapsing. At 70+ years of age, I feel stronger and more capable of taking on outdoor tasks without the fear of hurting myself. Michael understands “old” bodies–he can tweak positions so that you actually feel what you are supposed to feel where you are supposed to feel it. I highly recommend Michael–you can’t go wrong.
