As cool as it is to show you apps that plan your nutrition and have workouts on demand… no one really uses them for long. Especially people like us who are older and just want to get the workout done. If you are over 40 you aren’t looking at your phone for workouts. Worse yet are those stick figure cartoon exercise illustrations.

We are older athletes and have unique problems and we are the generation that can actually talk and communicate with each other without texting.

You are going to spend the half hour or hour working out anyway…so why not spend it with me?

I’ve been working with Michael for over a year now, and I couldn’t imagine not having him to work with. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and challenges me as my strength and endurance improves. He is very personable, flexible, and friendly and I absolutely look forward to my sessions with him every week.

Michael is absolutely fantastic! I had reached a road block with my health and knew I needed real help to get fit again or I would be cripple before my time. At 47, I have low back pain/bulging discs, and a bad knee and shoulder. I’ve been truly impressed with Michael’s knowledge, adaptability and dedication to helping me get strong and fit without exacerbating my injuries, but even better – improving my injuries while reducing my pain significantly. -All in 4 months. Michael has customized a variety of fun and challenging routines for my training. In addition to coming to my house for training, I love that he offers so many great resources and tools – videos and tutorials, Facebook, YouTube, his website and an app – everything you need to be successful! It has gone so well that I plan to continue my training with Michael indefinitely. Very reasonably priced training and worth every penny!

Mike has been my personal trainer for over a year now. I wanted to gain strength and just get in a better exercise routine. I was also having major knee pain and knew I needed to do something about it. Mike has helped me achieve both those goals and helped me work to strengthen my legs which has resulted in no more knee pain. He comes into our crazy house 3 times a week and sets up a routine that I go through. He always checks in to see if anything is hurting and if there are any body parts I want to work on. If something is hurting Mike will help me figure out why and helps me work to strengthen that part of my body. I am stronger than I was a year ago and am proud of how far I have come. I would not be where I am without Mike’s training!
