Instructions
- You have 5 exercises in a circuit.
- Start your stopwatch.
- Go through the exercises as fast as possible with very good to excellent form. Sloppy reps don’t count.
- Stop and record your time.
- Take a short rest and repeat 2 more times.
Beginners do 15 reps of everything.
Intermediates do 20 reps of everything
Advanced do 25 reps of every exercise.
Oh yeah, did I forget to mention that each round needs to be faster than the last?
