Who Am I?

I have been training clients for over 15 years in Parker Colorado. This is my first chance to expand my coaching globally. If you ask professionals, they will say online training is a saturated market. I would agree there are a lot of sites to choose from but very few that are as personalized as mine. I will be doing all your programming and support. Because of this spots are very limited.

What I have found is that generic training doesn’t work well for people over 40. At this stage in our lives we have specific things that need addressing like lower back pain, muscle tightness, shoulder and neck pain, etc…

So where a plan from TikTok or Instagram may be a good program for some, you may need a little more guidance . 

Remember, You don’t need to learn how to be an expert to get in shape, you can hire one.
