There has never been a better time to be out of shape!
That may sound crazy but I have been training clients in the comfort and privacy of their homes since 2006. Things have really changed. In the past one on one coaching was seen as an extravagance.
Now it is seen as a great use of time because it provides accountability and results at an affordable cost.
Here is what we will work on…
Strength
Balance
Flexibility / Mobility
Metabolism
Recovery
In home personal training is convenient, safe and a great use of time. We can do In Home, Remote / Virtual or a combination of both.

Accountability
Get accountability. Plan your training and have a set schedule every week.
Save Time
No more wasted time driving to gyms, buying exercise equipment you don’t use or endlessly scrolling through instagram looking for an exercise program.
Train Smart
Get a coach who will tell you what you need to hear and be in your corner. Getting your body fixed and in shape is hard and it is next to impossible to do it alone.
In Home Training F.A.Q.'s
Do you have a lot of trainers?
Nope. Just me. That is why times and spaces are very limited.
What if I don’t have room to train in my house?
All we need is an 8 ft by 8 ft space. No really. If not we can meet at a park or go in the backyard. I have yet to go into a house where I can’t make it work.
How long have you been doing this?
I started training back when I was 15 and I started training clients over 15 years ago.
What qualifications do you have?
- Issa Elite Trainer
- Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach
- Certified Biomechanics
- Corrective Exercise Specialist
- Specialist in Fitness Nutrition
- Specialist in Exercise Therapy
Tell me about the workouts.
The workouts are 60 minutes and they have 3 parts.
- Mobility and warm-ups based on exercises that target your needs.
- A workout based on your level of ability 40-45 minutes.
- Cool-Down with homework.
How are you different form other trainers?
I don’t know if you noticed but I am a little older than your typical trainer! I see that as a good thing and you should too. I have a lot of certifications and a lot of experience that younger trainers just don’t have. They just haven’t been in the game as long.
Do you yell like the coaches on tv?
That’s a good one. I think if you prefer a drill sergeant you should probably look somewhere else.
How do I pay you? Are there any contracts?
No contracts. I want to earn your business every session. I take cash, Venmo, checks, Paypal and Zelle. Pay a session at a time, a week or a month at a time.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
I have all the equipment we need. If you have equipment we can use that too.
How long before I see results?
That is the question. Results start after the first session although you won’t be able to measure them. Progress is based on proper training, eating and recovery. Consistency is the key and I will give you workouts to do between sessions and a comprehensive nutrition guide. The bottom line is that the more you do the faster you will get results. Unfortunately a lot of my clients cannot put in that amount of time so we need to have a realistic timeline on what you can do.
