Mike is a great trainer, he brings what he needs to make it a great workout every time. We highly recommend him.
I meet with Mike weekly. He helps me stay on track with fitness goals. He’s very sensitive to my physical limitations while pushing me to do more.
My 15 year old son and I both wanted an appropriate work out plan we can do on our own at home. I was also having some shoulder pain. Michael was able to help both of us based on our unique needs and goals. He taught me exercises in the first session that gave me relief for my shoulder right away. We also like his app that guides us through the workouts.
Mike is awesome!!! He knows his stuff, and will exhaust every avenue to reach his clients desired goal. Mike arrives on time and ready to workout. He’s attentive, professional, and tailors the workout for the clients needs.
Michael has been my personal “in-home” trainer for only two weeks now and I’ve already lost 3% body fat! I am already stronger and feel better than I have in years. I was skeptical on hiring a male personal trainer (since I’m a 47 year old female), but I am so glad I chose Michael! Working with Michael has been absolutely terrific! Michael works with several of us simultaneously and is able to contour the workouts to our varying degrees of strength and flexability. His training techniques and professionalism make the workout sessions alot of fun but very intense. I actually now really look forword to our workout sessions and training with Michael.

Michael is great! I wish I could afford him always. In two months he whipped me back into shape and built my confidence back so I could get back to rock climbing, cycling and hiking after a couple years off. You will not regret the strength and confidence you will gain!!
Michael is just the kind of trainer you want if you need some help jump starting your exercise routine. We did the 12 week course and then continued on for months after because we saw the benefit in his approach. He is always conscious of were you are and tries to push you to be better and go a little harder. No yelling and shouting just constant encouragement and education. I felt like I learned how to do things the right way. He came to or home rain or shine…. a little bad weather doesn’t mean you don’t have to work out tonight.

If you are looking for in-home personal training Michael is the best. I have gone from a size 16 to a size 8 thanks to the workouts and health tips Michael has provided. I have so much more energy after I have worked out, and I sleep better than I have in years.
