Whether you are just getting back in shape or want to push yourself to the next level, don’t let this program scare you off. As a Spartan Certified SGX coach, I think this style of training is works for everybody.

  • You can do the workouts at home with a minimum of equipment.
  • Use the exercise Library to make exercises easier or more challenging.

Do the work and get the results you earn!

The Program

3 four week blocks of exercises.

Stage 1: Function

Get used to the exercises, work on form and getting the muscles used to new movements.

Stage 2: Fitness

Get used to putting in more volume and incorporating more cardio into the workouts.

Stage 3: Performance

Take what you have learned and supercharge it.

This is a program that gradually gets you use to more volume and intensity.

Tips

This is a 12 week program but don’t feel you need to move to the next level if you aren’t ready.

Learn the exercises and perfect your technique.

Learn to be uncomfortable.
