Rehab 101

Sometimes you have to take a step back to move forward and that is case with today.

I am going to make things more complicated only to make them simpler in the end so stick with me on this.

Wouldn’t it be nice you had an instruction manual so you wouldn’t have to :

  1. Run to the Doctor every time you get an ache or pain.
  2. Re-route your life until the pain (hopefully) goes away.

That is what today is all about. Whether you workout out or not you are going to little knicks and injuries from time to time. It is your choice whether you learn how to fix them yourself or let them turn into bigger issues.

What am I talking about?

  • Pulled muscles
  • Chronically tight muscles (such as lower back, hamstrings and neck)
  • Joint pain

Homework
