Online Training: Getting Started

If you haven’t joined yet or would like to see all the features, click here to go to the Online training page.

  1. Make sure you signed up for my online training through PayPal.
  2. Download the “M Factor Online Training” app for your phone or tablet.
  3. I will set up your account on my end and email you a password to get you set -up. This is not instant. I have to manually do this but I will get to it asap.
  4. Once you can log in, set up your profile and let me know what equipment you have, how many times you want to work out and what you want to concentrate on.
  5. I will take that info and load your workouts in.
  6. As a free gift, I will also program your first month.

Please call or email me with questions. It is critical to me that I get you set up properly.

A Quick Guide to Get Setup Up.

This is a quick guide to get you up and running with my online training and my membership site.

There are 2 parts to your membership. I did this for a reason. I want the online training app to be clutter-free and for workouts only.

Access to my private Facebook membership group

Go to https://www.facebook.com/groups/MFactormembers/ and click the “Request to Join” button. I will approve the request and you are in!

My Facebook member page is to build a community of like minded people. I am here to give you everything you need to be successful.

  • Ask workout questions
  • Request nutrition advice
  • Browse the recipes and articles.
  • Connect with other members
  • Request additional videos/workouts/rehab methods etc…

I am the moderator and I will answer any and all questions myself.

Getting Set-up with the Online Training app

I have spent over 3 years testing software and figuring out how to offer a product to you that actually works. I am proud to say that you now have access to software that is easy to use and state of the art.

  • It syncs with any and all devices. access your workouts from your laptop, smartphone and tablet all with the same log in.
  • Download the workouts and you won’t need internet access to see them. The videos and workouts download to your phone.
  • No more pesky YouTube videos popping up.

Setting up your calendar with the Online Training app

Take control over your workouts by planning a week or even a month of workouts.

  • If you plan your workouts you will be more likely to do them.
  • Adding a workout will trigger the notification system so you get daily reminders.
  • I get to see your completed workouts.

Customizing Your Workout. Yes you have that power!

M Factor Online training gives you the power to add/subtract/change exercises.

  • Change an exercise if you don’t have the right equipment.
  • Change the exercise if you get new equipment and want to try it out.
  • Substitute exercises you just don’t like or feel you get benefit from.
  • Make your workouts harder/easier.
