DAY 4: TAKEAWAY

“If you don’t track it…it didn’t happen.”

If you don’t have a system to record what you are doing, how do you know how to tweak it when you aren’t making progress?

The answer is…you can’t!

There are 3 reasons you won’t record your eating.

  • You don’t have the system to record it. I am going to fix that for you.
  • You are lazy.
  • You are cheating and don’t want to write down your mistakes.

Your Homework

Get your system in place. The cool thing is that most people tend to eat the same things over and over. I know I do. Once you record a few days and get an idea of what you need to eat everyday, life will get much easier.
