Ladies, Welcome to your Bonus Day!

Watch the video for all the details.

For those of you who want to get the basics, everything is outlined below.

BONUS DAY TAKEAWAY

“All Exercise is not the same”.

Yup, today we are covering working out to gain muscle, drop fat and change your shape. Because even if you eat a perfect diet, nothing will do more to supercharge your metabolism than hard exercise.

Some will say something is better than nothing and that may be true to a certain extent. But don’t kid yourself. You are listening to this to get results and I would be cheating you if I said flying a kite is as good as a hard set of squats.

So I am not going to advocate walking, bowling, pilates or running as the best way to burn fat. It doesn’t mean you can’t do them or that they won’t help a little, but we are after the exercises that give you the best results in the least amount of time.

So there you have it. Over the past 6 days you have been given the essential concepts that can change your life.

Remember at the beginning of the series we said “if someone makes a simple concept seem complicated, they are trying to confuse you in order to sell you something you don’t need.”

Are the concepts easy? Yes. Will it be easy to follow? Hell no. It will be a grind with moments of doubt and victory. But this is the system athletes use to get in and stay in the best shape of their lives. Since their careers depend on managing strength and fat levels, shouldn’t you check out what they are doing and apply the principles to your own life?

It has been an honor putting this together for you and I hope you enjoy my newsletters. I have tried to include links and downloads to compliment this information. My goal is to give you the materials you need to succeed. If you are interested in any of the services I offer, check out the resources below.
