Let me ask you…Is that going to help you or hurt you?

There is no doubt that we are social animals and if you hang around with unhealthy friends they are probably going to subtly or not so subtly sabotage your efforts. It sucks, but this is how life works. I have personally witnessed spouses sabotaging their partner’s eating and training. And the crazy thing was that they were paying me big money to train them!

I am not the type of guy to tell you what to do or who to hang out with. All I am going to say is beware, because not everyone is going to want you to succeed.

So what can you do?
